Poor service

I paid my DSTV on the 25/11/2021 on FNB cell phone banking. I have called DSTV and send proof of payment including my bank statement since they said there unable to see my payment but even now i have not been assisted.I have spent a lot on airtime and emailing them but every time new agent answer who cannot even assist or transfer for assistance. I really regret paying for this bad service
