poor service

I downgraded from premium to compact on the 01 of June 2015, from the 03 June half of the compact channels are not playing, I called the call centre numerous times, I spent over R150 of airtime, they can't fix the problem, they adviced that I must take the decoders to dstv outlet, the outlet agent told me that there is nothing wrong with my decoders, she sent a technician to come and inspect and still couldn't fix the problem.<br> <br> I am not happy about this, since the technician came, my extra view is not playing at all.
