Poor service
Good afternoon
I'd like to report a bad service rendered by Mduduzi at Dstv Maponya mall. He wanted assist his friends whom were not on the queue. We tried to make him aware that the guys weren't on queue however he wanted to proceed assisting them. I reported the matter to his manager Sara.
Your response regarding the above matter will be highly appreciated.
