Poor Service

It is with such a heavy heart to write this review about DSTV.I app**** and received their internet router a week ago but have experienced problems since day one.My normal subscription was R439 but was disconnected and forced to pay R140 without any explanation.They pushed me to connect the Router and be able to use the internet but the 20GB FREE that was promised was not loaded and now the internet was disconnected after receiving a message that my Router have been move from the address it was allocated to.The change of address was from my sitting room to the bedroom because the signal was poor.Now I'm told to have a outstanding amount of R524.00.The people I spoke to on their social media platform a just plain arrogant or stupid.
