POOR SERVICE

Poor service from MCR/Joyce Mfikoe, I'm very disappointed by employees like MCR/Joyce Mfikoe who assist at their own convenience and don't care about clients.

Departments like these are to service clients but it seems we are supposed to suffer due to people like her catch a coffee or even catching up with they fellow colleagues.

I made a payment and was billed double and lodged a refund which was on the 28th February, I need feedback regarding the status of my refund!
