Poor service
I bought a new Explora decoder which i asked them to transfer everything to the new Explora from the old Explora decoder, and they told me it was perfectly done which I'll be paying R548 all inclusive,and i immediately paid R700 but to my surprise they debited R900 month end after R700 i paid and still saying I'm owing R1200 by end of June which is still not yet resolved after more 5 times trying to reach to them

09 Jun 2022, 06:14Last time i spoke to this people was Saturday and it seems they don't take us seriously anymore and they promised to come back to me ASAP but today is Thursday must i think is still ASAP still waiting for them?

09 Jun 2022, 06:17When they debited my account was easy, but now i have to wait for their own time whereas I'll be charged for that money they deposit back to my account and already charged for it to be debited i regret for activation of debit order serious with this kind of service.
