Poor service

The service is very poor , I app**** for Price lock eight months ago with extra view decoder, then they delivered only decoder for extra view , and told me they will deliver the main decoder the next day and they didn't even now, I then contacted them regarding the other decoder and installation, they said my matter have been escalated , then they derbited money in my account whiles I'm not even watching TV, I then called and asked what's happening they said it's the monthly payments and asked how cause I didn't receive other decoder, they didn't know what to say and revesed my money, and they told me to stop paying old account so I can start paying Price lock, even today I can't watch TV , I decided to go to their head office in Randburg on 25th of June to ask what's going on, they told me guys who works at price lock are not allowed to customers and they can't help me ,bi should wait for them to call me, imagene I waited for their call for eight months and I refused and told them I will leave after they fixed my matter then they called other lady saying it's the manager and she promised to fix it on that day but she didn't, even now still no help , and they send me message saying I owe R1823 which I don't know is for .
