POOR SERVICE

On the 20th of January I did an application for internet and never received it, at first their agent capture wrong information and when I did a follow up the I corrected my details and still did not receive my router. called again this morning and they **** saying the router was delivered on the 29th but there was no one, How is that possible when I work from home and always at home? ****ty service and *********** agents, so disappointed in DSTV
