Poor service
Poor service. Durban service centre is a joke. There are so many empty counters where customers could be serviced but not enough staff on duty. The workforce planning is a joke. There is a queue to get tickets because the lady is not at reception. Not enough chairs and there are elderly people. Disgusting service. You wait long enough you will end up leaving.

29 Apr 2025, 11:44While trying to get assistance, another person will disrupt the agent assisting you asking them about wellness plans and all that. They don't even apologize for disrupting your session. You as the customer will wait till they are done.
