poor service

I was previously using easy view but change recently to family package, then i was told to pay R250 then the was only four channels playing, Fine then i make a call to rectify that then i was told to pay R30.75 well payment was done today but again only easy view cahnnels play , I have been talking to consultant even try this whatsup messages still not winning all family channels are not playing . I need them to open all family channels or refund me for that package , they said my next payment is R322.88 How nice......
