Poor service

I have been complaining about my decoder that was approved on the 26 september from multi choice.iam now been told that there is no stock but they are busy deducting money from my husband account.this is vert frustrating and can be able to answer for the delay from multi choice.two months without watching tv but the money is being deducted,thats totaly unfair
