Poor service

I have never been this ****ed, I have been paying my account on the 21st of every month and been paying extra,now my service is been disconnected because they are saying I owe my account. This doesn't make sense because in December 2021 I paid on the 16th, now on the 3rd of January 2022 I owe my account? This is nonsense, from there I am being told about the decoder insurance that was activated, by Who? I did not activate any insurance, they did it without my permission and now I have to pay them?
