Poor service
I bought a online package on the 15th on my dstv app till today my account is not active, I asked them for a refund but they keep telling me about a Ref number told them I don't have it cause I made a online purchase and they told me unfortunately they can't refund me back my money. I'm not happy with the service I've been getting from their customer service
