Poor service

They don't want to assist me with my monthly premium. My monthly premium is 479 but I have being paying more than that everymonth. To my surprise I must payment on the 20 April and they disconnect the service.

I had to pay 830 for reconnection, I called them no 1 was able to tell me why am I paying that money.
