Poor Service !

Despite the numerous attempts of trying to resolve the issues on my account, the call Centre agents kept me on hold for more than 20 minutes, it's been more than a month trying to resolve the different amounts I've been quoted for to pay, I'm not getting any joy, I don't know why its called customer care, when I've been receiving such poor service! I've been told several times that a consultant will call, that does not happen! if it wasn't for my mom, I would've canceled my account with DSTV long ago, and seek other brands that will value me.
