Poor service

I am very disappointed with a service I received from one of multichoice consultant I app**** for dstv internet It was delivered but it was not activated I called the call center the lady who assisted me she said they is no data ,but is going to escalate it the following day Friday on the 01.09.2023 I took it multichoice walking centre in Randburg I was assisted by NOMPUMELO MALULEKE counter 33 she said they is a backlog on Rica it's Friday so she won't be able to help me so I must wait until Monday, she will send me an email ,so in other words multichoice delivered a product with no data and no Rica how so on weekend they can't Rica the SIM card it's very disappointing the lady was not willing to help me at all I decided to leave thier product with her I do not want it anymore they don't even wear name tags
