Poor service

Since yesterday my favourite channels i.e. 161,302 for my kids,194,129 and more I do not have airtime to call their call centre, I did the whatsapp help service it is use less, I want someone to call me effective immediately, it is sad that when you a problem they don't care but when missed your payment they never hesitate to discontinue your services the error is E48-32.
