Poor service

I paid my monthly premium via EFT on the 2nd of June got disconnected on the 4th of June. I have been calling their agents,sent proof of payment till today I'm not reconnected. I always get billed twice a month. I was told the manager will call me till today I'm waiting for the call. Their agents are so *********** and Clueless they can't even read to you your account details. Calling with your money and hold for 30minutes without getting help. I have never experienced such poor service.
