poor service

Their service is digusting to put it midly. What is the point of DSTV now? It is supposed to be for convenience but it seems otherwise. There are constanrt errors with videos every now and then, with no reasonable explanation. Then the chat service is the absolute pits. I think all of us who are here should just cancel dstv and try other networks because in any case, it has been sucky in recent years. Their newest movies are always from 2 years back if niot more and everything is constantly repeated. I don't know if their chat personnel are told what to say without thinking, or if they actually have their own brains because some of the things they ask is ridiculous. Also, this platform forces us to pick stars, I would in actual fact give dstv ZERO STARS.
