poor service

poor servive from this company and spoke to so called manager who doesnt even know what customer sservoce is by the name f philiswa ,did a payment two weeks ago and up to date its not allocated and know one can back to us instead they put u on hold till u run out of artime and u must call again to reoaeta the same story ,hence dstv is loosing clients for such poor pathetic servive .have a daughter that watch cartoons every mornig and the fustration i go through with the dstv disconnected after they confrim they received proof via email
