Poor service

Last month i complained about dstv billing then there was a guy dont recall his name who called saying he saw my review here on hellopeter and he is going to investigate and call me again following day he didnt call me up until today now im experiencing the same thing dstv reconnected my service and told me to pay 1041 and some odds and i called them and asked them to deduct on my account and the lady told me that the debit order doesnt go thru after 3 so she is going to.reschedule for today i called them just to remind them to deduct now they are telling me the amount is going to be 1201.39 they ddnt deduct on the 20th like they usually do
