Poor service

Trying to help I phoned Multi choice more 4 times and that cost me almost R40,I was trying to help my mother as she is old and having challenges to connect her new decoder ,the old one is no longer working ,iam in Gauteng and she is in Eastern cape and I have all her details as iam the one taking care of her,3 agents that ispoke to wanted the old and new smartcard numbers and I gave them ,so they asked for a serial number of the new decoder and I didn't have ,I phoned in for the 4th time and the agent by the mne of hope didn't help me and I spoke to the Supervisor by the name of Khulekani Nkosi and he told me that the first 3 agents were not supposed to help me they want the owner of the decoder,THIS IS POOR SERVICE ,IAM NOT. HAPPY ,I don't understand why Multi choice hire people that are not trained ,they displayed lack of product knowledge ,they don't deserve to be there ,
