Poor service

DSTV NOW. WHATSAPP CHAT. Pathetic after supplying all my details and then another question to confirm my details. NO COMMON SENSE AND A 40 minute delay. They just don’t care at all. This is not pointed at the call Centre. IT STARTS AT THE TOP!!!!
