POOR Service
Bad Team of workers. DSTV need more s****ed people on the front line.My DSTV is off for a month and am struggling to get help from the consultants.Everyday is a new storie i was told am disconnected because they Ordered Team is still look at the accounts,And its a internal problem. They switch my DSTV on for 3 day and then its off if i call in its the same storie again.I was told today they can't see my payment for December and that is the reason my DSTV is off again its time again for my debit order to go off and they looking for December's money....really a Joke .

15 Jun 2020, 19:35Again you guys telling me a different storie please do your home work before replying ...I was told its amount of R494.00 today its R499. Please cancel my service if this is going no were.I was told it was for May 2020 last week I was told its for December2019. Can i please get proper services and answers.
