poor service

I am really fed up with Multichoice on the 29th of January I placed an Internet order and was told the order will be delivered within 7 to 14 days then i did not get any feedback on what is going on. so I reached out to find out then they told me the order did not generate a order number so we need to redo the application and that was on the 11th of February and they provided me with the order number but still I'm not getting any feedback regarding the order and its already over 14 days every time I reach out they tell me it hasn't dispatched as yet. they don't care about their customers.
