Poor service

Last year June was called an offered a package of internet and compact subscription...... Ever since then I was told that the offer it's only for debit orders and they have been debiting my account without any mistake. But sadly I have not received my package yet. Instead when ever I make follow ups I'll be told my router is on its was... Right now I want my money from June and they can keep their router
