Poor Service

Compliant regarding the installers Multichoice chose to install the Explorer price lock deal. Firstly I contacted Goat Systems and he could only help me the following Saturday, which i agreed to and by Wednesday I messaged him and he rep**** he cant come anymore as he will be going to Botswana. The problem is that if I didn't contact him, i would never had a call to say I'm not coming anymore. Then secondly i then called Dikarabo Answers RMS Trading Installations who confirmed that they will be able to help me on saturday but they will call me an hour before they come, by 1pm i sent an sms asking to please give me an indication as to what time they will be there, still no answer, then i called twice and they didnt pick up, then i demanded that the owner call me, guess what still no answer after my last message to them swearing the person and at 21:06 the owner send me a message asking why im demanding him to call me. SERIOUSLY? how pathetic can you get. They knew I was waiting the whole of Saturday for them to arrive, did he really think after numerous messages and calls that i wont be upset. . Please refer to my email dated 1/04/2016. which i had no response to as yet.. PATHETIC!
