Poor service

What a poor service, every month I'm paying my account however my services are been suspended after the 10th and I'm expected to call the call center for assistance only to be transferred from 1 department to another at my expense. Some agents I'm not sure if they know their jobs or they chancers cos one month you get assisted from the same department. Can someone please have a look into this and address it accordingly.my acc is ***
