Poor Service

Went in to Multchoice on Saturday to buy a new decoder just to be told we will come do your installation on Monday (Yesterday) i took the day off work to be there when the installers arrive. I received no phone calls no one pitched up to do the installation...**** SERVICE AT ITS BEST!!
