Poor service

Pathetic pathetic pathetic. On the 07/06 I called to pause my service and advised I will call back to reconnect. The consultant never did this and I am sent messages to pay. Furthermore I want to connect today and I am told that ut was never done and that I must pay R700 odd rand. I ask to speak to a supervisor and get this, am told "they are busy". Are you kidding me? This is so pathetic no wonder people are cancelling like nobody's business. Oh and I must wait for 24-48 hours for a call back due to some *********** consultant who failed to do their job. Your service sucks Multichoice!!
