Poor service

Am really annoyed by call center agents who sit on the phone and don't know how to handle queries, spoke to lusindiso damba who told me to take my decor for repairs as she couldn't clear an error for me, then came her supervisor who cleared the error spent an hour only to find my xtraview disconnected .. You have *********** people warming your seats but can't do the job
