Poor service

I paid my dstv subscription fees is still showing that I owe and not connected while I use the option of paying on line the one i always use everytime when I make payments. This is so absurding because I have been using this service since I had my dstv now I am requested to sent proof of payment which it will take how long to be connected. The service is very poor.
