Poor service

I went to multi serve in Pretoria finding three consultants 2male and 1 female,I was assisted by a Male consultant whom I forced greetings before assisting me,I went to do change of address and make a payment.He told me to write my address on the page then I stood looking at him doing his lottery numbers,then he gave the lady next to him that address and just told me to move to that lady to assist me.they don't have their name tags on,that guy had a serious attitude.then the lady just the address it's already updated on the system,then I made a payment for my dstv.when i asked to make another payment for another dstv the lady told me I have to wait 20 minute that's how their system works.She was busy eating while assisting me,then I asked if another consultants could assist she said I had to wait.Then I felt like a fool and left to pay at other stores,that was a total poor service,unfair for a customer.
