Poor service
When my debt order went off this month multichoice took R1425.00 the contract I took out is for 899 per month. When I activated my decoder no one at the dstv call centre explained to me that there would be a pro rata amount that would go off with my premium. I now classify this month's debt order as theft. That is not the amount that I signed a contract for and at the end of the day I really cannot afford it. This month I cannot even buy all my groceries as I need to get to work.
