Poor service

Last week we actived extra view on my profile, we didnt manage to get it to work. so we decided last night to rather cancel the extra view and take the family package for the second decoder. When we asked the agent if you are going to refund us the May subscriptions for the extra view you guys have taken we were told no cause we had the extra view for 3 days, which is fine we dont mind paying for the 3 days but there is no way in hell I am going to pay for the May subscriptions on the extra view. I want that money credited or refunded, I am giving you guys more business but you want to take money for something that I never basically used.
