Poor Service

I was called by one of the consultants to offer me this Price Lock thing, we continued with it and I was told that cancellation will result to a fine of R180 or something like that. I don't / didn't have a problem with it, my problem is my DSTV is now not working, it stopped working while we were on the phone she said she will fix it and will call back but has not. I called the call center I don't know how many times now, but still.

End of the month they will expect me to make a payment yet I do not enjoy the service, someone get to the bottom of this as I cant even cancel the Stupid Price Lock because I will be charged for the cancellation.
