Poor service

Hi just got a bad service from dstv.I paid R810 for my compact package since i have two decoders to enjoy with my family this December.Today I was disconnected and I was told I have outstanding balance of R381 but compact services you must pay R385.I was told R250 was Traffered from my account in October . I don't why and I was told today because i had to ask why am disconnected becoz I made my payment in time.how can i make payment then my payment get Traffered without my knowledge. Am very dissapoint with this whole situation.
