Poor service

Their services sucks shame. I am having problems since March when i app**** for pricelock account,waited till June to apply for Compact and they keep referring me to Pricelock whereas they didn't come to instal it. I change my npayment date and method of payment as they were discontinuing my service saying debit order take 3 days to shows but still with sending proof of payment I'm having difficulties. after Idols im no longer using their services.
