Poor service
Dstv did not resolve my concerns and i recieved a call from a lady who was very arrogant and she was iritated as i asked question. I cancelled my Premium packge and now been debited for the Full amount. The staff is not trained and they do as they please without consulting client.

Kindly state your concerns so that we can investigate accordingly.
The services are downgraded to the DStv Compact package. Our records indicate when we received your request to downgrade the debit order meg tape was already sent to the bank for the full Premium deduction.
The account has a credit balance of R424.00 for the difference for the downgrade. Should you require a refund, please also confirm so that we can assist accordingly.
Our intention is certainly not to provide a sub-standard service to our customers.
