Poor service
good day i was convinced by a consultant to upgrade my dish to explora 2. i m on compact with an amount of R475.00. to my surprise in april they have debited R639.74 , i called twice they say my subscription is on premium , i told them that i didnt change it to premium so they made mistake is not me. they said it is an error so they will refund me after seven days till today i didnt get it. they made May debit of R475.00 while i m still waiting for refund.
