Poor Service

I've spoken to three consultants now who seem to be clueless about what they are doing, the quality of agents at multichoice has really dropped. I requested to update my address, it was done incorrectly, called again to update it, now last night a debit order came off my account that i dd not authorize, i called in the agent says she doesn't know why it came off, then she claims its a ad hoc debit order. After all that back and forth a request to speak to a team leader and was advised they are on tea break at 8:13 in the morning WOW..so much for great service. ********** 5/i67
