Poor service
As I am writting this I'm being left on the line with no one the guy by the name HULISANI who answered the call just and disappeared on me didn't even tell me to hold on, I can hear people talking behind my call I also hear laughs he last said I'm verifying after i gave him my ID number its been 16min.
I'm being charged ridiculous amounts and I need assistant in this as last week they told m e its only a system error but to date it still says I owe over R1835 WHY HOW ??????

I dont know if im am angry or in disbelieve !! I woke up this morning with my DSTV switched off/closed How is that when i paid up and received a refund of an amount I over paid last month i checked on *120*68584# R886,68 DUE NOW HOW AND DUE BY 01-04018 IS R648,68??
I called DSTV weekly about my account being confusing on payments the assured me that I'm on update it just a system error and my due payment is on the 2-04-2018 WHY AM I SWITCHED OFF AND HAVE TGHE SAME AMOUNT THAT WAS REVERSED BACK INTO MYH ACCOUNT DUE TO YOU NOW HOWWWWWWW !!!!!!!

We have tried calling to no avail, we confirm that your Price Lock Plan has been reinstated.
Unfortunately, the Finance team will not be able to make payment arrangement as the money was paid back to your account.
We acknowledge that the refund should have never been deposited back into your account, prior to the bank reversing the debit orders for March, however due to the fact that Multichoice is a Pay-TV network and all necessary costs need to be covered by the business.
Your currently reflects an overdue balance of R836.68 which is due for payment immediately.
1. R238.00 overdue balance from the Price lock contract
2. R598.68 overdue from the Residential account
This amount excludes subscription for the April, which is R718.00, below is the billing breakdown:

NO ONE FROM DSTV HAS CONTACTED ME YET AFTER REQUESTING FOR ASSISTANT ON THE 16 MAY 2018 REGARDING BELOW : I'M REALLY OUT OF WORDS : I was removed from "price lock" after they went in and debit full amount of my contract agreement in January 2018, but I did numerals calls to request if I can be taken back to price lock, so the same amount get to be deducted monthly than paying different amount than transfers from dstv to price lock was getting out of hands,DSTV agreed and promised it is done! I am back to price lock...
