Poor service

The 1st of Feb I paid an amountil of R450 instead of R500. 92, 5 days down the line my services were disconnected as I owe them R57.92, I went and paid it , after 4 days my services were disconnected again as I am owing R47.62 and same day after I have paid it and confirmed it with the consultan I got an sms that I should pay again an amount of R47.62. Now o need to find out, is it possible that I get my money and you guys disconnect that dstv cos I can't pay this. This is madness.
