POOR SERVICE

I am totally disgusted by the service one receives from the multichoice call centre. Thursday I called them and sent emails requesting the price lock programme, I was told someone will call me back, Friday afternoon no one had contacted me, my husband called to follow up he was told that there is back log we must wait. The weekend passed and when I call them now I spoke to a rude lady who said I never answered my phone when they called on Saturday so its not their problem they will escalate a call which will take another 48 hours before anyone could assist me. I asked for records that prove that there is someone who really called me and I was told by the suspervisor that it would be impossible for that to happen. I am seriously appalled by this service even considering using open view instead now at least they are efficient
