POOR SERVICE

My account is suspended,i held on for 56 minutes from 19:00 to get asistance and they call centre hours are from 08:00-20:00 so i held on till after 20:00 and i realised no one will be coming to my aid,i have a debit order with DSTV which went off eystrday and dont expect any problems when it comes to payments,i now have spent alot of money making calls to get help as their social media sites are not helpful
