Poor Service

I have Subscribed to Showmax a month later the Accounts is Suspended, now Dstv say I have Subscribed to Premium Account, Funny with a Decoder that is no longer working

Have a chat with one of their Consultant and I ask for the Breakdown amount that is due he just tell me you have to pay R648.00. how do i pay for something that i have never used
