Poor Service

I purchased a DSTV Streama that does not work. I have been diverted in all directions for almost 2 months in order to get some sort of service from this company. I still have a faulty device and am still being debited for a service I can not use due to their poor service level. If you looking to join multi choice, I would first look at alternative options as they only create headaches and waste your time.
