POOR SERVICE

MULTICHOICE must employ and train their consultants, they know nothing about accounts and customer service. I called them and requested the amount to be paid and they gave me, went in and paid and expecting the services to be connected and I was told I paid a lesser amount and they cannot connect my services. They've been doing this for the past 3months and getting someone with an attitude and they talk to you like they own the company or like you owe them. The service is very poor and its making me so damn angry they are doing this because they know they don't have the competition to go to. I am now suffering because of the wrong information given to me by their consultants ZANELE KHUMALO and MPUMIE ref ***. Why must I suffer because I have been given the wrong information??? The service is very PATHETIC and the supervisor TSEPANG is telling me there is nothing he can do, you don't use that language with the clients. The amount I pay might be the drop in the ocean but I am still a client and I need the right service like any paying client. CAN SOMEONE CONNECT THE DSTV today please as I have a child at home schools is closed!!!!!
