Poor service

My primary decoder's (New decoder) hard drive is *******ed. I took it to the DSTV walkin Center in Garsfontein. They only formatted the hard drive.

It work for a week, now we experience the same problem.

Now I must go back to DSTV walkin Center in Garsfontein.

I work 80 km north of Pretoria only arraving at 17H30 at home in the evening.

I am going to cancle my DSTV premium discription
