POOR SERVICE

Good Evening I have a serious problem with this company called DSTV Multichoice , i called them on the 17th October 2025 to change the payment date from 20th to 28th of the month. The agent that assited me on the phone assured me that it was changed successfully, on the 23rd they disconnected their services without informing that have to pay pro- rata. I made a call today and ask them if they received the amount that i paid today as EFT, they confirmed that they received it , however, i have to pay R2 in order to be reconnected again, when i reach at home still no difference. I have tried to use their self-service to get help, nothing they can assit , they just gave me this ***.
